Shipping policy

At DSB, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that you receive your orders promptly and with the utmost care.

All orders placed on our website will initially show a status of “Processing.” This status indicates that your order has been successfully received and acknowledged.

If the item you’ve ordered is currently in stock, it will be processed for shipment within 3 to 4 working days from the date of your order. We strive to dispatch in-stock items as quickly as possible to get them to you without delay.

In the event that an item you’ve ordered is not available in our current inventory, we will initiate the production process. The exact production time may vary depending on the specific product and its quantity. Depending on quantity and product type a typically, production times for out-of-stock items can range from 1 to 4 weeks. Please note that certain products may require additional time due to their complexity or customization requirements.

Throughout the order fulfillment process, you will receive timely updates on the status of your order via email or our order tracking system. These updates will inform you when your order has been shipped and provide tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

On DSB we ship all of the orders via door-to-door courier services such as DHL Express. DHL cannot ship to international P.O. Box Addresses. All Orders require a verifiable physical shipping address. We are only able to ship through DHL at this time.

DHL takes minimum 3 and maximum 12 days to ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and any potential delays beyond our control (e.g., customs inspections, extreme weather conditions). Rest assured, we work diligently to minimize any delivery delays and provide you with a reliable and efficient shipping experience.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on weight and your delivery location.

Sometimes, very rarely, packages may not reach you as expected during their journey to your doorstep. If you don’t receive your package within 10 days from the date it was sent, here’s what you should do:

First, get in touch with the nearest office of the courier service that’s handling your package. They can check if your package is being held for any reason.

If the courier’s office confirms that they don’t have your package, don’t worry. Just reach out to our Customer Services team. They’ll be glad to help you out and arrange to send a replacement for your order if needed. We’re here to make sure you get what you ordered, even in those rare cases when things don’t go as planned. Your satisfaction matters to us.

Please keep in mind that if you don’t get in touch with us within 3 weeks, we won’t be able to help you with an insurance claim. This means that you won’t be able to ask us for compensation if something goes wrong with your order from DSB. We want to assist you, but it’s important to reach out to us within that time frame if you encounter any issues.
