Question 1: How long does it take for you to ship my order if the item is in stock?
Answer: If the item is in stock, we aim to ship it within 4 working days from the date of your order.
Question 2: What if the item I ordered is not in stock?
Answer: If the item is not in stock, we’ll begin manufacturing it, which can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the product and quantity.
Question 3 : How do i know if item is available in stock or not?
Answer: When you see the e.g “Hurry! only 9 left in stock” tag on a product listing, it means the item is ready to ship. Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 4 days. On other hand If the the e.g “Hurry! only 9 left in stock” tag is not displayed, don’t worry! You can still place an order. In this case, we’ll begin manufacturing the product specifically for you. Manufacturing times may vary, ranging from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the quantity and product type.Question 4: Which shipping service do you use, and how long does it take for the delivery?
Answer: We use DHL for shipping, a reliable and speedy courier service. DHL typically takes a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 10 days for delivery, depending on your location that you have mentioned during checkout.
Question 5: Are import fees included in my order’s total cost?
Answer: Any import fees charged by your country’s customs office are beyond our control. We aim to provide full transparency by making you aware ahead of time that recipients are responsible for any potential import duties or taxes.
Question 6: How do i cancel my order?
Answer: You need to send us direct email at support@damascussteelbillets.com with subject of (Order #[Enter your order number here] Cancellation ), Also email should be send within 1 hour after purchase. Please mention valid reason to cancel your order, change of mind is not acceptable.
Refunds
We will notify you once your cancellation request accepted, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued in 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

A 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
